My stay at the hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The rooms smelled terrible with mold everywhere, the lights were not working properly, and roaches were crawling around. The pool was ice-cold, and the whole experience was incredibly uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was nice, but the cleanliness and service left much to be desired. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were just okay.

The room was okay but unfortunately dirty and very dated. It took over two hours just to get to the room, and there was nasty stuff like wires around.

The service was a bit of a letdown. The staff were all speaking Spanish together, and I didn't feel they were responsive to complaints. One staff member, Shirley, was very rude. They didn't handle issues well, which was disappointing for a member of Wyndham's awards.

The hotel room was a good size and clean with a comfy bed and soft pillows. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. However, the cooling system took over 3 hours to cool down the room and the conditions of the hotel overall were not great with a smelly and dirty carpet and chipping paint in the bathtub.
